Hi, I have an Esx 4.0 that each time I power on or reboot, after loading boot files It display the classic screen for manage via web or ALT+F1 to manage via linux cli.
The ESX host is pingable by other pc on the lan, but I can't connect It from my Vsphere client for about 10 minutes.
After this time, finally, i can connect with Vsphere client.
Do you have any ideas?
