access discontinued from vSphere Client to ESXi4.0 208167

ESXi server discountinues bit often and at such time control from vSphere Client in Window 7 becomes

unavailable. Network test from ESXi console to gateway (broadband router) does not work.

In most cases, ESXi server wil recover if I restart the ESXi server. I used USB stick installation to my

machine Dell T105.

I know there are log files in ESXi server at /var/log/ and please let me kow which log I must check

to find cause of this error.

ESXi4.0.0 build 208167

physical machine Dell T-105 64 bit, CPU AMD opteron 1216

storage adapter:CK804 Seria ATA Controller

vSphere Client 4.0.0 build 208111

From ESXi console you can simple restart the management services.

Check if also this works, without reboot the entire system.
