I'm thinking of buying this HP 6200. It is supposed to handle up to 62 gigs of RAM. It has the i5-2400 Intell Chip which has all the VT stuff.
Does this computer look ok to you?
Could I ask what kinds of computers you guyrs are running to support ESXi and 64 bit virtual machines?
I'd be more interested in recent purchases if you can tell me.
Thank you!

ESXi is a Server OS and so most people use a server. It is possible to run on a non server but it is up to you to determine the suitability and compatibility. I would look to the HCL http://vmware.com/go/hcl to see whether the embedded components (NIC and Disk controller) are supported. You can also check the http://vm-help.com whitelist to see whether others have tested your hardware.
