Windows server 2008 R2 - sp1 performance problem

Hello

After I deployed SP1 on one R2 2k8 server , load of procesor and ram reached the critical level. I had to restore backup without SP1.

According compatibility on vmware pages , SP1 is compatible with esxi v 5.

Did somebody have similar experience ..

Hi,

Yes, it happens to be quite common but how much time did the spikes on CPU & Memory last. Wait for some time(20 mins) after deplyment and everything will be back to normal. Does the VM's run any applications???.

On server is running print service and update folder for antivirus ...

Could you please explain me why this happens ?
