Windows server 2008 Guest Os automatic power off

My Guest machine windows server 2008 R2 is autopower off after few mints .

Can you confirm the status of VM tools in the guest OS ?

Hi,

Take help of vendor to generate hardware logs, some time it happen due to driver failure.....

For more inforamtion please check ESX logs from   /var/log.....

Again Guest Vm Turn off and in logs Warning was

Message from : The VMware Tools package is
not running in this virtual machine. The package might be
necessary for the guest operating system to run at resolutions
higher than 640x480 with 16 colors. The package provides
significant performance benefits as well. To install it, choose VM >
Install VMware Tools… after the guest operating system starts.
VMware ESX can remind you to install the VMware Tools package
when you power on the VM. Select OK to enable the reminder.

While Vmware tools are installed on Vm as i attached screen shot.Now i tried to reinstall Tools .Further My Server 2008 R2 license expired .It may be the issue ??? but i don't think so .

Make sure your VM server should be up-to-date with patches...

this behaviour would be normal for a VM that  has not been activated yet

Yes, Expired license was issue with windows server 2008 R2.
