Windows XP very bad performance on ESX

We have a few XP VMs used for various things where it's not worth having a server OS. I've noticed that latetly all of them perform VERY badly. They lock up all the time, and are just generally very slow. It's impossible to actually do a proper shut down of one, as it just lags so bad. Have to do a force reset.

Anyone ever see this before?

we have over 3000 XP desktops and don't have any issues. Have you seen this?

Check if memory or CPU limits are set for this VMs or insufficient memory granted.
