Windows 2012 vm powers off

We recently installed a Windows 2012 on a Esxi 5.1 host. It installed well.  what seems strange is that in two occasions we have found the vm off.  The events and task just show as vm turn off. We don't have any other errors or alerts on the host or the vm. There is no user associated with this event. Has anyone else ran in this situation before?

I just answered my own question. FYI- Windows 2012 Eval even though it says 180 day until activation. It will power down every hour anyway. Security reason according to what I read. 

Server 2012 Evaluation shuts down every hour or so and won't activate.

Hopefully this will help the next person that runs into this weird thing
