Windows 2008 SBS Premium on ESXi - any suggestions please.

Hello Everyone,

It's my first production deploy so I have questions about "best practices".

I have a HP ProLiant ML350 G6.

Main features:

CPU: 2x2,26 GHz cache 8 MB (1 x 8 MB) L3,

Memory: 18GBs,

HDD: RAID 5 ~1,1TB (5x300GB SAS)

RAID CTRL: HP Smart Array P410i/512 MB BBWC memory.

I've installed ESXi as a host of course next I've made a resource pool like that with all res. for systems:

next I've installed Win2008 SBS ( Exchange for ~20 employes)

and Win2008 STD for SQL2005 STD (not very stressful database on it will be (Yoda said Smiley Wink ).

What do you think about res. pool is it correct?

Is it possible to make dynamic sharing ram space? If one of srvs need more and a second one have free memory the first one takes it?

Generally what do you think about config, as in topic please give me any good direction.

Do I have give more details? Which one?

Best regards

Creativus.
