Windows 2003 Enterprise server VM installtion stuck!!

Hello,

I was trying to install Windows 2003 enterprise OS as a VM on ESX 4.0 Box, I started installtion yesturday night and when I look in console in the morning today its stuck and still displaying 33 minutes remaining.

What might be possible reasons?

Are you installing from media in the optical drive of the host or using an iso file on a datastore? What's the host hardware you're using?

I am installing using iso file on the local data store of an HP box,

ESX box HW, --> HP , Proliant DL 360 G6 , 8 CPUs x 2 GHz

VM HW choosen,--> 1 vCPU , 1 GB

Please check the allocated memory and CPUs when u configure the VM base. What is the memory size you have allocated for the VM? Cheers!

Increase the Memory to 2 GB .
