Win2008 Template, Do Not Customize and Sysprep

Hello,

If I select "Do Not Customize" when creating a Windows 2008 server from the "Deploy virtual machine from this template" option is the system sysprepped or do I need to run sysprep later to get a new SID and remove duplicate information?
