Which updates I should included when preparing Baseline Patch?

I like to patch ESXi host 7.0.3 build 20328353 for new bug fix and security updates.
Which updates I should included when preparing Baseline Patch?

When choosing patches for embadedeEsx 7.0.3 I see this patches:
Broadcom NetXtreme I ESX VMKAPI ethernet driver - Broadcom-ntg3_4.1.8.0-4vmw.703.0.65.20842708
VMware ESXi 7.0.3 Patch Release - ESXi70U3i-20842708
This component provides the High Availability services for vSphere virtual machines on an ESXi host. - vsphere-fdm_7.0.3-20990078
VMware ESXi 7.0.3 Patch Release - ESXi70U3si-20841705
ESXi Component - core ESXi VIBs - ESXi_7.0.3-0.60.20841705
ESXi Component - core ESXi VIBs - ESXi_7.0.3-0.65.20842708

They all should be included in Patch Baseline and then stageing and remediate for host?
