Which 10GB card to use with ESXi

Guys,

I am testing out ESXi 4.1 with 10gb NICs.  A whole bunch of them are supported by VMware.  But which one would be better or more relieable.  I am using HP DL380 g7 servers.

Any input would be appreciated.

Chris, are you still using the QLE3242 cards?

I later abandoned them for reasons pointed out in this post. I've since gone with Emulex UCNAs where possible, even in my home lab.
