Where to find ks.cfg after install

When I installed ESX 4 interactively it would write out a ks.cfg file for me based on the interactive installation. Now I'm upgrading to ESXi 5. Where do I find the ks.cfg file after the interactive install has completed?

I do not believe this file gets generated any longer in ESXi

I don't think it gets created either, but it is fairly easy to create one and the vSphere 5 Setup and Installation Guide covers creating and using a ks.cfg in detail.
