Where has the download gone?

Has anyone else noticed that when you go to the vSphere download page, only ESXi is available to download?

Is it just me?

I can't see it either. Keep watching for it.

I have the same issue. I've let some people at VMware know and someone should hopefully post an update here shortly.

Dave,

That isn't the only problem on the downloads. I just went to download vCenter Server 4 Update 1 but the build numbers don't match. According to the documentation it should be build 208156 but the file listings show it as build 208111 (see attached). I installed this and itshows as build 208111.

As Dave stated, we are working to get the ESX 4.0 Update 1 link on the site again. It should be up again today.

For vCenter 4.0 Update 1, the correct build number is 208111. The vCenter build number on the download page is always for the installer package.

Thanks

Why does it show as Version 4.0.0 instead of 4.0.1 ? It is build 208111
