In what respect do you mean, in terms of the next certification or career-wise?? I think this largely depends on you and what you want to achieve- do you want to specialize with regard to Cloud, NSX or EUC for example? Are you aiming for a more administrative or architectural route?
In terms of certs the learning paths at MyLearn should help guide you toward your goal, the version 6 Implementation/Design certs aren't out yet I don't think but if you decide which route you want to take have a look at the version 5 VCAP exam prep materials to give you a good idea of what lies ahead.
Career-wise, update your CV and get hunting
