What do i need to cluster VMware ?

Wich version of the VMWare do i need to make a clutsre of multiple machines so i can host multiple Guest OS to share the Hardware resources.

Can i do that with the VMware vSphere Essentials Kit ?

Essentials Plus licenses cover the following Features:

High Availability

Data Recovery

vMotion

DRS is available from the Enterprise license. And your requirement can full fill by Enterprise license only.

What is then the function of the Essential version ? Can i use that version to install it on three  servers ?

What i want to do is virtulise OS X systems on Mac Mini's. For testing and special functions.

I have now the Free ESXI 6.0 installed to test it. But i want to do the next step, also to sell it as a service.
