    Hi,

We've brand new 5.1 environment up and running.

We'd like to give few users permissions to do basic things with

one or two virtual machines like reset/poweroff/start etc.

These users are added to Active Directory as basic domain users.

They can login into webclient and permissions can be given to control

those few virtual machines as needed.

Only thing that bothers me is that why they can see Administration page

on the left menu as normal users? There's information on other users

and groups that isn't excatly for their eyes to see so we'd like to prevent

them from seeing it in the menu.

Where can we set what menu items they can see and which are hidden?

If users are added as domain guests to Active Directory then Administration

page is hidden but I think this isn't the right way to go.

How to give users minimal permissions for starters and then give them

access to few virtual machines afterwards?

    Hi

    Welcome to the communities.

No need to worry what user can see , only on assign permission page

Select virtual machine so that they can play with vm & nothing else.

It's little weird if users (customers) can see what other customers there is, groups and so on.

Virtual machine permissions were easy to set up.

Can you hide that Administration menu item somehow other than making users just domain

    guests?
