Ways to administer ESX/ESXi...

Hello,

I would like to know what is/are the best ways to administer different versions ESX/ESXi via command lines?

a) Power shell

b) Eco Shell

or any other.... ?

I dont consider Service console as the latest versions have SSH disabled and its against the best practise for security reasons...

Basically there are so many command line tools that its very difficult to learn all of them. So am looking for one option with which i can administer all versions of ESX/ESXi

Powershell would have the widest compatability.
