Vsphere loosing connexion to the datastore ???

Hi

I run vSphere 6 on a Dell R940. There are no hardware alerts but I constantly get errors messages about connexion loss with the datastore besause of connectivity issues. It last 1 or 2 minutes then access is restored. This happens hundred of times a day and during the connexion loss all my VMs are stucked. I alredy tried to reboot the machine. I checked this Dell Idrack and I can't see any hardware issue.

What should I do ?

Check /var/log/vmkernel.log on an affected ESXi host to see what kind of errors appear during one of these incidents. That should give some clue about the root cause. Note the host logs will be UTC timezone.
