Vsphere keeps disconnecting

Dell t410 box. ESXi5.5 u3

For some reason my vsphere keeps getting disconnected. I reset network management interface and it starts to work for a undefined amount of time. Dont even have VM's on it yet.

Where do I begin to troubleshoot. Yes it has both network cables plugged in.

This is a brand new installation or an old one ? And the host are on the same network of your vCenter server?

You can have a look at /var/log/hostd.log and /var/log/vpxa.log - if it is randomly disconnecting, you might have duplicate IP conflict on the network that could be causing this as well.  Have look at the vmkernal observation logs to rule out ip conflict /var/log/vobd.log
