Vsphere error when booting up on IBM X5500

Hi,

I have setup Three new ESX (vsphere) and after installaing and reboot the server, when it boot up, it show the following error and I can see it allow me to login to the esx console. How to resolve this error. I'm using vsphere 4.0

May I know which machine model are you using?

If you are using a IBM model, please update to latest firmware.
