Vsphere Update Manager Plug-In Client Error connecting

Hi All,

I have a problem i cannot shake off.

I have

Server1 - vCenter Server

Server2 - Vsphere Update Manager

Server3 - JumpHost

Log on to Server1, Update Manager Plug-In works fine.

Log on to Server3, Connect to vCenter Server on Server1 and Update Manager Plug-In does not work and Error..

"There was an error connecting to VMWare vSphere Update Manager - [Server1:443]

The Request failed because of a connection failure. (Unable to connect to the Remote server)

Cannot get this working.

Can anyone help me.. or do i just uninstall the Update Manager Plug-In from the Server3 and if need to use Update Manager, is to log on to Server1.

Thanks in Advance.

Server3 and Server2 are on the same network ? Are you able to telnet Server2 on port 443 from the Server3 ?

oops forgot to add that in.

Yes.

Server3 can telnet Server2 but the port 443 is not listening on Server2..

Server3 can telnet Server1 on port 443 - Server1 is listening on Port 443

Server2 can not telnet Server3, Firewall, and port 443 is not listening on Server3

Server2 can telnet Server1 on port 443 - Server1 is listening on Port 443

Server1 can not telnet Server3, Firewall, and port 443 is not listening

Server1 can telnet Server2 but the port 443 is not listening on Server2..
