Vpshere 6 HA virtual machines startup\shutdown

Hi to all, a little question. I've implemented my first HA Cluster with 2 nodes. All is working fine...but...i've a issue on automatic startup\shudown of VM.

I've splitted 2 vm on a host and other 2 on other host, in this way, i balance resources of 2 servers and had only a risk of 2 VM failure. My question is this. Where can I set virtual machines automatically startup in every host they are? Because in tests if i shutdown a host, vm are moved to other one and started...this is ok, but if i've to shut down all the system the 2 vm moved don't start automatically when i power up...this is a big problem...because if i create new vm's i've to move in every host and select for auto start?? Maybe i wrong something...there must be a place to tell "hey, start this VM in the last host you power down automatically on power on" isn't it?

Thank you.

You have to set the VM's to start up when the host starts up.  This is turned off by default. See the KB below.
