We got following error while installing VMware tools on number of servers having OS Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
"Setup cannot continue. The Microsoft Runtime DLL installer failed to complete installation."
We referred Artical KB: 2010644
But above solution is not applicable for us.
Anybody has faced this issue?
