Vmware Healt status unknow&it is not possible to open vm console mfs response of server malformer

Hi,

today after 100 days that I were connected to ESXi 5.5 console ,

I have the ESXi 5.5.0 custom iso HP installe on HP dl160 gen8. it is installed from one year and it is the first time that has a problem.

I saw this:

and i stopped the service ( temporany fix) for access at vm and then stopped them.

i have read that there is a problem with the service hp-ams but before that i continue to follow the document to fix the problem permanent , i want to be sure that it is right.

Can I resolve with this process?
