We are using Vmware ESXi 5.1 running over HP blade. In that blade, we configure 6 VM guest machine .
My question is, VMware ESXi 5.1 license cost is one time or Annual basis renewal ?

Licenses are perpetual and do not have an end date but Support & Subscription are annual basis and expires.
