Vmware ESXi 4.1 - USB Tape Drive

Hello team,

Grateful if someone can help who can came accross this error:

I'am runing VMWARE ESXi 4.1, i have an HP Storage TAPE Drive (LTO3) connect in my server HP ML350 G6 via usb.  i have add the usb device and enable vmotion in my vmware console, and it detect in my windows 2003 server, but while doing backup in windows backup (get I/O error), even try in symantec backup exec 2010 r3 get hardware error!

Anyone help please

Try without enable vMotion.

But the problem is that USB virtualization is actually limited to a USB 1.1 emulation... not enough to handle fast devices like disks or tapes.

yes i have try also without vmotion, but still its not working...
