I have a brand new pc with a realtek 8168 NIC .
The installation went smoothly, after reboot configured fix IP address and connected to a Gbit nic interface of my switch (connecting to an 10/100 port gives me the same isue.
When i ping the management IP address i get timeouts and even destination unreachable (from a windows 7 pc).
The download of the esxi client continues normally even when i dont get a ping reply.
The esxi client / ssh connectivity is as expected also unstable.
I hope anybody has a possible fix.
