Vmnic showing "down" and can't change settings - Dell R620, Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5720

I have installed ESXi 6.0.0 on my Dell R620 server. I'm unable trying to connect to my Esxi host IP because it appears the vmnics are all showing down. I manually set the ESXi IPv4 settings to 192.168.2.229, 255.255.255.0, 192.168.2.1.

I have updated my device drivers too.

Here is the output from the CLI:

I tried the command  "esxcfg-nics -s 100 -d full vmnic0", but the settings do not change.

Sorry - resolved now. NIC cable was disconnected.
