Hi. I'm trying to set up a remote debug session. I start MSVSMON.exe on one of the images according to all the rules/permissions that I know about when the target process is running on a real machine or on a local VM. I have recently verified that this works when the process is running on my co-workers dev workstation. But when I try to connect to the vSphere VM from Visual Studio on my dev workstation, it says the Remote Debugging Monitor is not running. I know the I.P. of the image is live because I can ping it from my workstation. Also, VS gives a different error message when I use a phony I.P. So apparently it is not a physical network access issue. Is there some setting in vSphere that I need to flip to enable MSVSMON.exe to communicate its protocols outside of vSphere?
Thanks.
