I have a small Citrix XenApp 4.5 farm running a mix of physical servers and virtual servers running on ESXi 4.1. I have noticed after rebooting the OS on the virtual Citrix servers, that the Citrix server does not allow any ICA connections until after an administrator logs on via RDP. The server shows available for connections in the Citrix Management Console, but any applications published on those server exclusively will not launch. Has anyone seen this issue before or know where I can go to start researching the issue? I also posted on the Citrix forums, but didn't receive any response.
