Virtualization in virtualization

Hi All!

I try to build system like on the image.IMG_20140819_111923.png

So. Hardware host is IntelQuad 8GbRAM, 1 NIC, OS Debian7.

Inside I run vmWare Player vith guest system ESXi5.5.

Network - bridge Mode, one network card vmnic0.

Inside ESXi5.5 - guest system Linux Base32bit.

One vswitch0 - connected to vmnic0 and ManagemenNetwork and VMnetwork.

Management Interface vmk0 got settings via DHCP server  from physical network LAN.

I would like guest virtualMachine is in the same LAN that physical i.e.192.168.0.0/24

The problem is I can ping vmk0 from LAN, I can ping LAN from vmk0, I can ping VMnetwork interfaces from vmk0, but I cant ping VMnetwork interfaces from LAN and vice versa.

Is it real to do?

What's the network for VMnetwork, if the network it's different to 192.168.0.0/24 you have need insert a static route.

VMnetwork has the same address range 192.168.0.0/24 (vSwitch0 is L2 switch I guess, vlans are disabled). The problem begins that VM could not get network settings via DHCP from LAN.
