Virtualization Software Causing JDE Crashes With Backed Up Metadata Kernel

Hello everyone

we are facing some difficulties about Oracle JDE running on VM on vsphere 6.0 u1

before it was running perfectly with time to time service crash , but the last months we are facing many service crashes and when we contacted our oracle service support they claim that oracle jde isn't meant to be running on virtual environment like vMware

and this attached document proves that what they say.  i need to know what is vMware point of view of oracle similar products to be running on vMware Vsphere .

thanks

Regardless of VMware's point of view, truth is if ISV says it's not supported, it's usually a very good idea to follow vendor's recommendations.
