We have recently deployed a P2V machine into a ESXi host but randomly the VM will suspend with no user interaction.
The log only shows "Virtual Machines is Suspended"
Is there anyway to stop this auto Suspend?
Can you try adding suspend.disabled = "TRUE" to the VMs .vmx file.

I had the same issue with just one of my VMs and I found 'freq' reply on this Virtual Machine suspends randomly? helpful:
"Not sure if its your issue but I found that if I have a VM console open and I shut down or suspend my PC it suspends the VM for some reason.
Make sure you close all your console windows before you reboot, shutdown or suspend your computer."
