What network does the VM say it's connected to?

Click on a VM in the inventory then goto the "Summary" tab, look in the network section in the "Resources" panel.

Kyle.

According to your snapshot_3 - your VM is not connected to a Portgroup.

You will have to choose which network it is connected in the settings of the VM
