Vi Client crashes on Windows XP

Hi vmware community,

Maybe you have got an idea what hat happend.

When i use the new vi client, to manage our vmware esx4 cluster, and i try to look for performance data, my client crashs.

It closed itself.

No error message appiers.

It is every time , i try to look foer performance data, or other settings.

My system ist a windows xp sp3 laptop, with 2 GB ram and .Net 3.5

If you know something about such problem, please help me.

Hi,

Are you using English version of Windows XP or localized, I see different language in the log files.

At description in the line "3" in the below logs

Hi,

i use a german windows xp.

Maybe the .net framework is english.

I solved my problem by new installing my laptop. Smiley Sad

This wasn´t the realy good solution, but no one could help me.

Did you reinstall the VI client and that fixed the problem? I am assuming you no longer face this issue, but wanted to get any information that may help us fix any problems.
