Hello.
I found in download section ESXi from Dell and IBM.
Could some one explain me - that is benefit of using it?
Is normal patches apply to this version or only "customized patches"?

You have vendor drivers and the agent for hardware monitor (OMSA for Dell's version).
Nothing more.
