VSphere 5.0 console errors

Hi guys.

I'm facing some issues when trying to connect to a vsphere 5.0. I tried to remove vsphere client and vmware workstation and install back again and didn't work.

I also tried to remove the standard services and yet it didn't work.

I will attach some evidences here and I hope someone can help me find a way to workaround this issue.

whenever I login I see this message:

and when open console I see this:

This is honestly such an old release that should have been upgraded literally years ago that I'm not sure how much help you'll get.

Also, I'd like our coleagues to consider that all vcenter/vsphere licenses are perennial.
