Can you load vSphere Client on multiple computers? We would like to have different users monitor the virtual servers on the ESXi Servers. Are there any issues with this?
Of course you can use the client on as many computers as you want.

Yes, absolutely. In vSphere 4.1 you can connect up to 100 concurrent vSphere Client connections.
