Check for duplicate IPs then.

i'm check IP not dupplicate and check DNS Gateway OK and restart service mgmt ok
Have you had any storage issues lately? this will cause the service console and management processes to lag as the host tries to reconnect to the storage. Try logging into service console directly or through SSH. do a 'cat /var/log/vmkwarning' . This file gets all warnings and errors from vmkernel so it should be empty or nearly empty, so if you see many lines of messages, you have another issue at hand. post screenshot of errors if you find some and need more help.
