VMware based Ras Solution

Looking for advice. Currently have physical boxes with (48 port )T1 ras cards installed to dial out to remote offices plus some physical servers with multi-port modems attached. I would like to virtualize this environment.

Does anybody know of a solution that would support this in a virtualized environment?

I am not sure any of them would work. VM's required serial support, that's problem number one. Then you need to support a modem attached to that serial port, problem number 2.

You may be able to get it to work, but I doubt the either the vendor nor VM Ware would fully support this configuration.
