VMware Tools unrecoverable error: (vthread-3). WHYYY?

Guys, Why this happens? i mean, i already found an article about it (KB 2012572). But i didn't find why exacly this happens. I've got 4 incidents in my Cluster.

Well, to solution this problem, i just reinstall vmware tools, but it can happens again, right? Some of you know the reason for this?

Some of you know the reason for this?

As mentioned in the kb, if there are some files which are to be updated by the VMware tools upgrade process and if and by any chance,

- the driver is in use by the Guest or

- is in Locked mode by the guest OR

- the file to be upgraded is to be put in a different path than the existing path., BUT the guest does not allow it [due to permissions or user access in Windows OS]

Then, you can face this issue.
