VMware Optimization Guide Windows 2008 R2

I have an optimization guide for Windows7 created (or published) by VMware called VMware-View-OptimizationGuideWindows7-EN.pdf.

I can not find a similar document for 2008 R2.

Does anyone known if there is a VMware document that has the recommended config settings for 2008 R2?

If not, could someone point me to a a 3rd party document?
