VMware HA Advancd DRS settings

Hello, I am trying to configure DRS cluster with 4 hearbeat datastores but it's keep failing ( just taking default two datastores)

I have tried following steps.

- Set DRS advanced settings as per screenshot"das.heartbeatDsPerHost" to 4

- disable and re-enable HA

- Set 4 datastores as heatbeat datastores

- Then check the status from cluster status page but it's showing just 2 datastores configured for heartbeat

Please advise if I am missing anything to setup 4 heartbeat datastores.

Couple of questions- How many data stores do you have presented to the cluster? How many nodes in the cluster do you have?

Thanks for quick reply. 6 nodes, 8 datastores.

It's vMSC cluster so nodes and datastores are from two different sites.

Sorry It was my bad. I was configuring DRS advanced settings at wrong place ( at DRS advanced settings instead of HA advanced settings )

Please add the setting to the HA Advanced Settings (rather than DRS) to see whether this works.
