Basically- We have this weird situation
VMware ESXi 7.0.3 build-19193900
VMware ESXi 7.0 Update 3

The issue:
When physical port connectivity failure occurs VMNIC1 does see failure but wont auto-recover 'Link Status' to 'Up' when connection restores.
To recover vmnic state manual shut no shut of the vmnic would bring up interface or reboot.
We had tried different ESXi 7.0 versions and drivers no success.

What useful logs we can gather to tell us why VMware wont auto-recover the vmnic1 state ?
It is easy to replicate.
Note: In VMware ESXi 6.5 it is working.
Thanks for the guidance and help in advance!
hey, do you get an answer for this issue?
