I am getting PSOD issue on multiple esxi host which is connected to SAN storage.
ESXi 5.5 U1a Build 1746018 is REALLY old.
Google for GFCPutSectionHeader reveals VMware Knowledge Base
No idea whether thats the problem. But it may be.
In addition to upgrading ESX you should also check your BIOS version in case you're running Intel CPUs.
There have been bugs in the microcode that can cause PSODs.
Seems like your scratch partition is full. it is unable to write to scratch partition.. do you hace configured lun for scratch partion and each host with psod sharing the lun., two things check , first if you have enough space acailable on scratch lun, second if you have configured separate folders for each host in the lun so that they dont overwrite each other logs.
not sure though as scratch partition is not mandatory
I haven't created scratch partition.
Those ESXi hosts are running since 2016 and i am getting the issue last 1 month. Please check below snap for partition.
