VMware 6.5.0

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with a MOXA-DA 820 server where I have VMware ESXI 6.5.0 and everything goes well until I get to the VMware installation since I cannot enter any menu with F2 or F12 it is as if I did not have a keyboard.
I don't know what I should do, I've been restarting the server for a long time, changing the keyboard and it can't even work like that.

I hope you can help me.
