VMware 5.1 Update 2 - CHKDSK

We have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Guest OS running DFS and we are seeing that the server reboots and runs CHKDSK on D drive. It does not even run CHKDSK on C drive. Any thing? I saw an article where it said check for a specific Microsoft Hotfix is installed, but that hotfix is not installed. Any suggestions what we can check and why it would do this.

thanks in advance!

The chkdsk is running automatically each reboot on drive 😧 because maybe the drive 😧 have some problems on file system... try manually run the chkdsk with /f switch and see if there is any error in file system.
