VMs invalid status - 6.0

I have the invalid status problem. virtual machines that were shut down last night are fine, the ones that were on are invalid all 3 of them. I have all 3 virtual machines locked (the lock file is in the directory).

Re scan didn't help. Renamed v m x.l ck file but didn't help, reboot/shut down didn't help. I've tried to load an older virtual machine and it works just fine. The invalid ones nope.

"esxcli" storage filesystem list return on Mounted: true

if I try to delete lock file returns me input/output error

what else can I try to do, to fix it?

Have you tried to create a snapshot and delete it?

try to migrate VM completely, I mean to another host and to another datastore.

Snapshot is not active on corrupted VMs

tried to delete lock file with winSCP but still no luck.

update:

for example at vmfstools -e "vm.vmdk" I get input/output error (327689) and disk chain is not consistent

at vmfsfilelockinfo -p i get: is locked in exclusive mode by host having mac address ....

I don't know what else to do.
