VMs Shows only 1vCPU though 4 vCPUs assigned

Hi Folks,
    I am facing strange issues on 2 vms installed on ESX14.1. These both VMs having configurations  Windows 2003 ENt edition SP2 installed. RAM 1 GB vcPU 4.But in the VMs its shows only  vCPU though its was allocated 4 vCPU. Any help on this will be apprciated.please find the screenshot

Change the HAL in the guest OS to multi processor, it's probably set to standard.

Then restart the VM.
